Its location for the Sydney Entertainment Centre & Chinatown was good
It is very basic and overpriced for its facilities & quality
Hi, Our stay was very pleasant, however as the room was not serviced daily we experienced a build up of rubbish and towels which became a bit messy towards the end of our stay. I think you could look at removing used towels daily as it can't be a healthy environment using a bathroom full of dirty wet towels lying on the floor. Regards, Steven Halcvoop ,,,,
The cleanliness of the room was terrible. The carpet and the kitchen were filthy dirty. The lounge was also dirty. Very disapointing. It is not a 4 star motel as indicated on the bookings website.
Location is excellent. Easy walk to the main shopping areas and even to Darling Harbour. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close enough yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevators are fast and comfortably fit multiple people with their luggage.
The shower was difficult to keep at the same temperature. Without warning our shower would be boiling hot or freezing cold. This was the most frustrating thing for us. The room decor was nice however felt a little outdated. Iron mark on the carpet in front of the tv and a random square cut out of the carpet near the bed. TV was confusing to operate however we figured it out eventually, then it was easy. Parking is a nightmare in the underground park with other drivers flying around. They supply soap and shampoo and conditioner however things like tissues would be nice. Room was a little loud with the train line less than 100m from the room. They toot their horns right near the hotel. No problems at all though with earplugs. No screens on very high, large windows (windows open with nothing stopping someone falling out).
Loation, location, loation. Ideal location for Central Station only 10 minutes walk. Very close to good shopping and restaurants such as World Centre, George Street, Chinatown, Darling Harbour markets. For the fitter even Oxford and Darlinghurst Streets are within walking distance. Desk staff very friendly and helpfull. Although the establishment has a young clientel, we as a middle age couple felt quite at home. Rooms were clean, but were not serviced during our stay which suited us fine, just lock up and go.
Some of the laundry facilities were out of order, the gym equipment is ancient, the heated pool looked nice though. Can get a little noisy in the early hours as the young set arrive home from their work or play. Not a major distraction.
Clean,Spacious 2 bedroom apartment,All amenities good, staff courteous and close proximity to transport and shopping
The Shower was very hard to get the water from burning you. The parking underneath was a nightmare for a bigger car.
Bed was too firm for our liking, chairs also were hard
Close to conference location
Room cleanliness poor. Air conditioning so loud it could not be used for more than 30 min. Very noisy in building and near rail line. So loud you can not sleep with out ear plugs
Handy to town, easily accessible (once you got your key). Nice rooms, good size, like windows that open so you can have fresh air come in.
Was difficult to access after hour code didnt work. Was fine once I got the keys.
Near to Central station for good transport links. Great suites with good facilities needed to live, cook, wash etc.
The wireless internet (extra cost) was useless. After 10 minutes my home page had still not loaded. I am persuing a refund.
Location to Capitol Theater Location to Haymarket Balcony All the amenities for a serviced apartment
Smell of the unit Smell in the walk-ways to the elevator Parking was a little different
The provided facilities were not overstated in the advertising. I got what I expected.
Parking charges were high compared to what is available in the local area.
Being up-graded to top level & complimentary champagne for our wedding anniversary...thank you
No outside area open near pool & furnishings are a bit tired
The central location was great. We were within walking distance of Circular Quay and the Powerhouse Museum, which were our primary destinations. Having access to a pool on-site was terrific.
I stayed in a Studio room. The cooktop was a major draw for me, however it did not work. The room was grotty: dishes had left over food crusted onto them; there was black hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower when we arrived (I do not have black hair). The poolside had dirty bandaids and other bits of filth (such as torn paper and hair) all over the floor. Overall I was left with a feeling of griminess.
